by Timothy Charles Holmseth

A Broward County, Florida family has joined the list of witnesses targeted for harassment after cooperating with federal authorities investigating the dissapearance of HaLeigh Cummings.

John and Maria Burgun, Plantation, are the latest to come under attack.

Maria Burgun said she sat down with the FBI and turned over information she believes could lead to the missing child.

An anonymous publisher called “Executioner” recently began publishing Burgun’s photo on an x-rated website www.radionewz.net. - accompanied by very personal and vile content.

Edward Boyle, Maria Burgun’s brother, is also being targeted. The anonymous site recently published a photo of Boyle’s daughter accompanied by sexual commentary.

The cyber-stalker appeared to personally know Boyle's wife, where she worked, and was very familiar with his biofuel's business.

Boyle said he recently acquired very compelling evidence that he is going to provide legal authorities to give them an idea of who they need to be looking at.

Boyle says he has an "admission."

Edward Boyle's yard-man was shot in 2012. Boyle says the FBI agent told him they are "aware" of the situation with the "little girl."

The Burguns and Boyles trouble appeared to begin in earnest in 2012. Edward Boyle said he was interviewed by the Plantation Police Department after he received a call from a stranger that warned him he would need a "thousand stitches" to put his face back together.

Edward Boyle's yard-man was shot soon there after, resulting in an investigation by the Broward County Sheriff's Office.

The Burgun's began communicating with the police and FBI in 2012 after Maria Burgun received a telephone call from an anonymous person that told her he might have to take her on a little trip to the "Hoover Dam."

John and Maria Burgun's legal interests are represented by Tripp-Scott Law Firm, Fort Lauderdale.
